Samurai with buggy The Kitebuggy is an all-terrain vehicle designed to be used with power kites. With a breeze of wind the kites pull the buggy along, similar to a sail on a boat or a landsailor. While the pilot uses their hands to steer the kite, they will use their feet to steer the buggy. Once you have mastered the basic kite flying skills, you will be ready to test your skills with a buggy.

A Kitebuggy is the most versatile wind powered tool, and can be ridden almost anywhere. The most common locations are beaches and grassy parks. The dry lakes of the west and the farmlands of the mid-west provide endless riding opportunities. There are even kits that convert buggies from wheels to ice runners for use on frozen lakes, opening up endless winter time fun.

Freestyle buggies are the most common, being the choice of rookie and pro’s alike. Race buggies are typically longer and wider providing a more stable ride at high speeds.
